What if a website could feel like a safe place before a single conversation even begins?
That was the idea behind The Greater Story, a mental health counselling platform founded by Hadassah Pearly, built around the belief that every person has a story—and healing is a journey.
I worked with Hadassah to shape the website’s structure, design direction, content, and development, translating her vision into a digital experience that feels warm, calm, and genuinely human. From earthy colours and thoughtful typography to story-driven visuals and subtle interactions, every element was designed to communicate safety, hope, and trust.
The experience was intentionally kept simple, guiding visitors naturally from understanding the services to taking the first step toward a conversation. Alongside the visual experience, I focused on responsive design, usability, SEO, and a clear information architecture to give the brand a strong digital foundation.
The result: a website that doesn’t just tell people about counselling—it invites them into a conversation.
